Onion and tomato tart
My old housemate Nina Las Vegas loves this dish. When we lived together it felt like she cooked it every second day. But when you try it, you’ll understand why it was on such high rotation in our house!

- 4 onions
- 2 small zucchini
- Cherry tomatoes
- Bocconcini cheese
- 1 tbsp sugar
- salt and pepper
- 1 egg
- olive oil
